"My mom just sold her DAK condo and moved into one of DAK apartment complexes. The overall application process was very smooth and key dates were met with no delays. Jodi, the interim property manager, has been great to work with and has followed up with us many times to make sure everything is good. The apartment is lovely, getting new paint and carpet before move in. The minor issues we had were addressed promptly by both Jodi and Romas, the maintenance person for the building. My mom loves the apartment and says the building is very safe, very clean and the neighbors are very quiet. We are very happy with our choice with DAK builders."

The property is kept very clean inside and out , the other tenants are very quiet and friendly, my unit was immaculate when I moved in , the minor issues I have had were addressed immediately! The property manager Jodi is very responsive , she will climb mountains to assist and correct any and all concerns and matetience requests! There is laundry on site as well as a storage unit for each tenant at this particular property, and most importantly,, the building is secure, locked at all times and key entry only"

"I've only lived in my apartment for 2 months now and it has been wonderful! Anytime I need something fixed, it's done within two days! In fact, my garbage disposal broke. I contacted Jodi, the property manager and my garbage disposal was fixed that day! Also, the fridge that was there when I moved in wasn't keeping cold. Again, I contacted Jodi and I was brought a temporary fridge the next day! And yes, I'll be getting a new one!"
