"After last year's issues with the bus being habitually late here we are again. No call/ no show for multiple busses today, can't contact the company, and here I sit 40 minutes after my son was supposed to be dropped off and have no clue where he is, nor can we get ahold of anyone who can. This bus company is a disgrace. Looks like we're back to dropping off and picking up our kids another year"

"A bus driver hit me…went to talk to him standing at the bottom of the stairs on the street asking him why he flew by the road with my son on the bus…he got mad started screaming at me and shut the bus doors on me, I then screamed I was calling the cops and he took off almost dragging me inside the bus doors! It’s been a few days now and they kept him on his bus route, when I called to ask what was going on the manager who is an older gentleman told me “they aren’t switching anything in the middle of the school year” to which I asked what if I was your daughter or wife? Would you feel differently ? And he said my wife wouldn’t have gone to talk to the bus driver …joke of a company and joke of a manager."
