"I needed restoration of two stair railings, and it was important for safety reasons. Michael reached out quickly and Denis came to see the job - from contact, to quote to work, it was done within 3 days. They knew exactly what to do, and how to keep it clean. They had all of the supplies and tools they needed. As workers (there were 4) they were confident, super nice, and would listen to my questions and come up with a solution. I asked for help hanging some lattice, and they matched old pieces to make it look brand new. In every way they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call on them again."

"Mike and his team were fabulous and honest. They redid and re-stained much of the siding on my triple decker. They also did some other repairs around the windows and roofline. They started the work promptly and the quality of the work is top notch. Communication and follow-through were excellent! "I spoke with Michael by phone in mid November. I needed some repair work on my cedar shingled roof. He said he would come by, look at the roof, give me an estimate, and could make the repairs right away since our house is currently on the market, being shown, so we need to get this repair work done asap. I didn't hear from him so sent him a couple of texts but got no response...so I called and spoke with him...he told me he looked at the roof and would send me an estimate, then do the repair work... but the estimate never came...so I called and spoke (nicely) with Michael again...he promised to email an estimate on the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. It never came. I called again and left a cordial VM reminding him that I had to get this work done and would he please get back to me. Never heard from him...no text, no call, no explanation. Frustrating ti say the least. Hell of a way to run a business, Michael."
