"Great. A couple of years ago, they did a great job on my small front porch and the small balcony above it, and this year they redid my second story back deck as well. All composite. Willing to actually look at the supporting structure and keep the pressure-treated wood if it’s not necessary to replace it. Just overall reasonable, logical, and not condescending. It can be really annoying to work with guys in the trades as a woman because they tend to talk down to you, try to talk you out of permitting, etc. Sam got permits for both jobs no problem and was always communicative with me through both projects"
