"Periodic cleaning of teeth was exceptional as always. But what contributed to only 2 Stars was the presence of a dog in a health facility. While was I was in the chair the dog entered the room, got entangled in instrument wiring alongside the chair, and while the technician was struggling to free his legs, he attempted to lick my face. Eventually he was freed and left the room. Aren't there regulations regarding animals in health facilities?"
