"Very unprofessional. The owner Thomas Murray is one of the worst human beings I’ve met. He has sub contractors work for him and refuses to pay for the job completed. Taking advantage of a small business owner because he “knows people”. Stay far away from this business. Background story “ Got a call from the project manager kevin at 7pm begging me to got to Woburn to install a commercial ice maker. With new water line and drainage. The job is as supposed to be done days prior but for some reason their plumber didn’t do the job. I was in Holbrook at the time which was 45mins from Woburn. Told kevin I didn’t have time really but I’d see what I could do. It would be roughly $500-$800 with minimal stock and that’s without seeing it. Kevin called Thomas Murray which okayed the estimate. I had to finish the job I was on before I could head to Woburn so at 845 I headed that way. Getting to the Woburn job at 930pm. Checked the job out and needed to get parts from the Home Depot. Parts came out to $285 without taxes or mark up. Went back to the job and installed the ice maker. All said and done it’s just under 3 hrs. Then a 45 min ride home. So the bill came out to $1000 after gas, stock and labor. Bill was send out and almost two months pass till I get a check in the mail for $600. I call Thomas Murray and tells me I’m lucky to get that. So after stock and gas for 4.5 hrs with travel I made barely enough to two meals a McDonald’s."
