"My dentist referred me to Dr Kraut, East Side Endodontics, for my first ever Root Canal. As you can probably imagine, I was very nervous about this procedure because of all the horror stories I had heard over the years. The office is beautiful, and the staff was great. Dr. Kraut's assistant helped to settle my nerves by providing an overview of the procedure. Dr Kraut came in and explained the entire procedure in detail. He is WONDERFUL! He takes his time to make sure this is a positive experience with NO PAIN! In fact, this was the ABSOLUTE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!! (I'm almost 70 and have had many dental procedures over the years!) I never felt the pinch of the needle (novacaine) or any pain during the entire procedure!!! I told him he should teach his method to other dental professionals! Dr Kraut explained everything he was doing - what I should expect to feel, hear, smell, and he even provided a 'countdown' to when the procedure would be completed. I cannot say enough about how comfortable he made me feel. Who would think that a Root Canal could be such a positive experience? I told Dr Kraut the only improvement I could suggest - have a screen on the ceiling so the patient can watch what he is doing while he is explaining it! AND, Best of all, there was no pain or discomfort after the novacaine wore off!!! If you need a Root Canal, I highly recommend Dr Kraut!"
