"After 2 years of restoring my upper teeth with a local dentist, whom I trusted, I began to experience extreme pain in an upper tooth. I was referred to Dr. Makkar who is outstanding on so many levels . The root canal was painless , preformed in a swift manner and healed beautifully. Unfortunately I had to return to see Dr.Makkar last week due to more pain in the “newly “restored upper teeth. She was caring, direct and honest with me , in that I had several infections that root canals would eliminate , but instead of preforming them she Informed me it was not in my best interest to do so. Unlike my dentist she didn’t want to put a band-aide on a broken bone. She was a professional health care provider and referred me to the proper dental solution.. I highly appreciated her honesty and concern . She’s one of a kind , the type of healthcare provider that existed 25 yrs ago . She has my utmost respect., clearly I highly recommend Dr Makkar."

"I have had several root canals in the past few years with Dr. Makkar. Some of have been fairly routine, a couple were tricky. I've never had any pain during or after, her procedures. I've been to other endodontists but she is the only person I will let work on me now. If I move out of the area, I will make a point to come back here when I need endo services. She is very kind, caring and respectful. Explains everything she is doing and answers all questions such that a lay person can understand. I also love that she presents options. I had one dentist tell me I needed a tooth pulled and an implant done. Since Dr. Makkar had worked on that tooth at one point, I took a chance and went back to her. She gave me 3 options, all of which would save the tooth. I chose one, tooth is saved, no nonsense and a fraction of the expense. I wish she could be my regular dentist!"
