"I recently visited Dr. Dr. Courtney at the Burlington office for pain related to untreated TMJ. The clinic was spotless and modern. The equipment used looked state of the art, and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Courtney took his time explaining what he examined, and it did not feel rushed or scripted. He thoroughly explained my condition, showing me what he thought was the issue, and set out the next steps, including a referral for an MRI to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment. I was thrilled and impressed with his professionalism and extensive knowledge. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Courtney and the team at the Burlington office."

"As soon as I enter technician get me ready for 360 degree X-ray, where receptionist doesn't know if my insurance covers it or not. I insisted on meeting doctor and ask why am I visiting? He had no clue. Then why I was asked to get the X-ray done? After x-ray I was giving non-logical reason.... I had a problem with jaw closing? How 360 degree teeth helps in that is not justified. Overall I cannot trust doctors or facility here. Poor job done at each level, no insurance coverage known, doctor unaware why he is standing in front of patient but blindly ordered x-ray. I would not visit her again or recommend anyone! Period."

"Dr. Courtney and his assistants are fantastic! They offered several options for wisdom teeth extraction but did not push for any. They let us decide (local, laughing gas, or put under) with the unbiased information they provided. My daughter chose local and was handled with care! Dr. Courtney also does not prescribe narcotics unnecessarily which we greatly appreciate. When it is my son’s turn we will definitely go back to Dr. Courtney."
