"After treatment was told to be finished 6 months ahead of schedule I should have seen the red flags Upon this same time line complete payment was requested which I paid that month yes 6 months at once After I’d say 5 months after the treatment was ended and still under the original 24 month plan time line. My final retainer broke there was a dispute between me and the staff specifically related to the information they provided about lifespan of said retainers 2-3 years and mine not lasting 6 months. Dr Cugine office reluctantly replaced and made a huge deal about it. FYI cost of replacement tray is 350 per row yes that ls 700 per set and get this it’s off a current scan not where you were at end of treatment so if you teeth shift at all there is no returning.. After the reluctant replacement and all the attitude when having to be rescanned office staff still speaking down to me like I’m in the wrong for challenging the information they provided yes the retainer lasted less than 6 months when office says 2-3 years and doesn’t mention a thing about never being able to get retainers from final scan ever again and then blamed me for aligner breaking why is it breaking could it be from the rushed treatment??? I think so I had to go back in to be scanned again at that point office staff decided that they were mailing the replacement retainer to my house after the aligner arrived it never felt good or fit correctly I could see my teeth dramatically shifting called office repeatedly asked Dr Cugine to call me back or arrange a good time to call. I was told she too busy to talk when I asked when she’s in the office to be able to call in then . All that was done was a few random extremely after hour phone calls that couldn’t be returned a minute later. It wasn’t like that during my treatment or before the bill was paid off!! I feel like I was rushed through my treatment and now having major regrets for letting them rush me through my treatment 6 months early … I feel like their goal was to get the pictures to sell my story at that point more than anything being they said I was a extreme case and was following treatment guidelines perfectly so I’m sure it’s part of the sales pitch I mean consultation demo now Now I have to get follow up treatment after I just finished and paid through this office treatment ended 7 months ago I wore final aligners full time since Let this be a warning for all paying out of their pocket 100% Buy as many final retainers as you can afford when completing treatment or try to get the scan file because after 30 days they delete it and there goes your 5k+ investment"

I can say without any hesitation she is extremely happy and comfortable at this office. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. When she got her braces, they took their time and make sure to go at a pace that was right for my daughter. As a mother, it makes me very emotion to see my daughter struggle, and to find an office that goes above and beyond is taken a weight off of my shoulders. I no longer have to worry about her being seen. The office is also aesthetically pleasing and extremely clean and organized. Overall, there isn’t enough stars to rate this office. "Amazing! I had a bit more of a unique situation with my braces but that was no problem. Everyone that works there is so kind and always upbeat. For the first time I actually enjoyed going to a dentist office. I’m extremely thankful for how my teeth look now and the great experience I had throughout the process"
