"Seems like they have potential to do better. Trying to book an appointment for a follow up or even to see the Dr. Is like pulling a tooth with them (pun intended). My girlfriend has been going there for awhile now and it’s becoming unprofessional and disrespectful when they cancel every appointment last minute. The receptionist even said one time to her that since she’s a nurse that it’s her fault that her availability is limited. She has an Invisalign treatment with Aspen dental and they’re beating around the bush with the treatment plan…it’s absurd. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but this place is by far one of the most unprofessional places I’ve seen/heard of. I actually work in 2 dental offices. And the service they’re providing my girlfriend is very unprofessional. She wants to switch dental offices but can’t because her Invisalign treatment started there. They even tried to make her pay out of pocket for a claim they forgot to submit to insurance from 3 years ago. How does that make sense? They couldn’t even tell her what the payment is for? Just going forward I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Just based off our experience there, it has been overwhelming to say the least."

"Don't hesitate book an appointment now! I went in as a new patient yesterday for an emergent situation and I left there so at ease and happy I decided to book with Aspen Dental. Junny the X-RAY TECH was so sweet and understanding, which put me at ease. The receptionist was so welcoming and soft spoken which really help seeing how I was so nervous . The Office Manager Jessica was amazing at crunching numbers and explaining it all to me, and god bless her it was a lot. The periodontist did a great job, and I cant wait to go back to finish my next treatment."

"I hadn't been to the dentist in about 3 years before my first visit at Aspen about 3 months ago and was pretty nervous about it. I went in to get some jaw pain checked out and it was a good thing I did. Every person that I interacted with there was super nice, helpful and informative. They explained what was going on with my teeth and everything else in a language I could easily follow and without making me feel bad about not going to the dentist in a while. I needed a few procedures and a wisdom tooth extraction, all were done at Aspen over the course of a few months and went amazing. Erin was the hygienist that I spent the most time with and she was just fantastic. The financing department was extremely helpful with balancing the cost of everything with my insurance. I'll happily continue to go here."

"I just wanted to say that I am so glad that I found the Aspen Dental Team in Waltham...they have given me a new reason to smile all the time. I had 8 teeth pulled yesterday due to health reasons...and was given a partial plate temporarily. I was taken care of with such affection and have had hardly any pain. I am not a person who ever liked the Dentist because of past experiences, but at the Aspen Dental they have earned my trust and made me confident and happy to continue my healthcare with them for the rest of my future, in taking care of my teeth. My experience this far was wonderful and I will always stay with them for all my Dental needs. The office manager and the staff at this office are just great. I would recommend this office to anyone I talk to. I also was lucky enough to find out about their Care Credit program, which made it easy and affordable to fix my teeth and meet some wonderful people and have a great new experience with a Dental team. "I recently called Aspen Dental in Waltham to inquire about getting new dentures. The staff was courteous and polite. The office manager, Denise, walked me through my options and told me about a great program called "Care Credit". This worked out very well for my family and the budgeting was easy. Imagine getting new dentures and paying for them over 18 mos. with no interest?! The dentists and staff at Aspen were amazing. My new dentures are fabulous and I had them in a little over two weeks. I also had my teeth cleaned by Erin and she was fabulous too. I can't say enough about my experience here...."
