Dr. Swaroop's impressive academic journey began at the University of Connecticut, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science. Recognized for his academic excellence with multiple scholarships and commendations, he continued his education at the prestigious Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. His training included two years at the Harvard Medical School, where he was honored with numerous scholarship awards.

Dr. Swaroop further honed his expertise during his residency at Tufts Medical Center/Tufts Dental School, which included a year in general surgery and anesthesia, and international experience treating patients in Honduras. His dedication to clinical excellence was recognized with scholarships and opportunities to present research at national and international platforms.

At our practice, Dr. Swaroop specializes in a wide array of oral surgery procedures, including dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants, complex bone grafting, in-office sedation, orthognathic surgery, pathology, reconstructive surgeries, as well as cosmetic treatments like Botox® and fillers. As a diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Swaroop is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. He is also an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, Massachusetts Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Swaroop holds hospital privileges at Lowell General Hospital and Winchester Hospital and continually updates his knowledge through advanced courses to ensure his patients receive the most current and effective treatments.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Swaroop enjoys spending quality time with his family, teaching, and exploring diverse cultures through international travel and cuisine.
