"It was an easy trail not much to see. The trail markings were ok. I was rush for time and told myself I would strict to the red trail signs. Then the red disappear and I got lost."
"Beautiful spot through woods abutting farmland in Wayland. The trails are well marked and maintained and there are lots of wayfinder maps along the way. It is easy trail hiking through the woods. You do cross some private property at times. Do a tick check after this hike."
"Great old growth pine forest walking trails. Sparsely attended. Good spot"
"Mainstone Farm trails are wonderful! Not very crowded, and the people you meet are usually happy to be out and very friendly. I walk my dog there often and you can allow your dog off leash if they're friendly and respectful. Several ponds and other water sources for your pooch to slack his/her thirst. Trails are well marked and maintained. Pro tip: snap a pic of the trail map for reference while walking"
"Beautiful vistas and relaxing trail. There are several options, we took the red trail it was 4.5 miles. With kids we took about 2.5 hours. The talk trees keep the temperature low in summer to make the trail very easy on you. Give it a try, just watch out when you have to cross rice road."
