"Always friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed to get things done or information needed!"
"Great friendly and efficient staff. Long lines or short it's a quick visit to do your business. Pro tip, drive up window is great if you are feeling sick or just don't want to go inside."
"Building is beautiful, people are kind. I've never had a bad experience here. Reading other reviews.... Geeze. One time I had to wait in line for five minutes. Even when I've made a mistake on my end with paperwork they've been helpful in offering solutions. If you think this place is bad, I'm jealous of what other bureaucratic office experiences you've had. And yes, it's a municipal office, so they don't pad the fees with the price of debit/CC transactions. Everytime you use your card, the place taking it gets charged for it. You can do check and cash for no fee."
"I was truly amazed at how nice and patient the town tax collectors were. I’m really upset I did not get this woman’s name. But she truly went above and beyond any expectation I had when walking in. I come from Massachusetts and being here was such a great change!! Timing wise and just an overall great experience. She was kind patient and actually helped me!"
"Absolute terrible customer service, always a long line while the women behind the desks sit there and only have one window open or they gossip with people at the window. They are rude when you do get to the window and love to turn people away. I’ve lived in many places and I’ve never had to deal with such rude people that can’t wait to tell someone they cant help them because they didn’t jump through enough hoops at a town hall. Never helpful, never offering solutions. ITS A TOWN HALL and these women treat it like their own podium to look down on people. Honestly makes you want to move out of Derry just to avoid this town hall."
