"Disappointing Customer Service Experience at lucky Star Gas & Repair I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience at the Lucky Star Gas & Repair, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with their customer service and sales approach. Not only did their service fall short of my expectations, but their attempt to sell me unnecessary tires left me feeling taken advantage of. From the moment I arrived at the center, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked professionalism. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and there was a noticeable lack of courtesy and attentiveness. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. During the inspection process, the technician seemed disengaged and rushed through the inspection without properly explaining the findings. When I asked for clarification, I was met with impatience and dismissive responses. This lack of transparency and willingness to address my concerns left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. To my dismay, after completing the inspection, the technician insisted that I needed new tires, despite my current tires being in good condition. They used aggressive sales tactics, attempting to pressure me into purchasing tires from their establishment. This blatant attempt to exploit my lack of knowledge and push unnecessary expenses on me was both unethical and disappointing."

"I am feeling quite thankful after my experience with Lucky Star! We were 4 hours from home on a college visit, and found that we had a nail in our tire as we were about to depart for home (after 5pm - so we were concerned places might be closed...). Chris was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to repair our tire, giving us peace of mind on our journey home. Thank you!"

"Not long ago I took my car for state inspection at this location, but it unexpectedly failed due to a front-end issue, which seemed odd for a new car. The mechanic and the other guy insisted on keeping my car for repairs, but I declined as I have a trusted mechanic. They became really rude and insistent, claiming I'd waste my time elsewhere. However, my mechanic found nothing wrong. I eventually took my car to another inspection center (since my mechanic doesn't handle state inspections), and it passed without any issues. It's disheartening to think about how many others might have been taken advantage of without seeking a second opinion. Note: Just checked the other reviews and a few friends, and I'm not the only one who has experienced the same situation at this place. I recommend avoiding it."
