"These people are CRIMINALS! They bought the property and immediately started raising the rent, not once but 3 times. Then they took the dumpster away, then took the locked gates away so there was no security. Thier online payment system is so difficult to navigate and pay the rent then if your 1 day late with the rent because of thier difficult web site they charge outrageous fees The whole Prime group are just horrible to do business with!!"

"Paid for secure storage for RV, but within the first week, the gate broke and was never repaired. This continued through late summer, fall and winter. I was also told there was a complete repaving project and asked to move to a dirt section and once complete would be able to return. This never happened and that area was rented to store new vans. The rates increased even though the facility remains to be unsecured. Emails regarding the increase went unreturned. I decided to move to a secure facility at half the cost per month."

"Had this storage space for twenty five years. New company comes in, price is very high and increases up and up. When questioned about price was told that is the going price and previous two companies were at fault because they didn’t charge the going rate for past years. Got out while i could."

"Rented a space for my camper back in October. At that time the gate and code box were damaged so gate was wide open. I was told it would be fixed in 2 weeks. It is now the end of December and it's still not fixed so the secure area I am paying for is not secure at all. Other than that the place is clean and the staff at the office is very nice but I would prefer to have secure."

"Terrible storage facility. Not secure no cameras. They had my truck towed across the lot and caused over $2000 in damage. And they will not take responsibility for it. Also had items stolen from my trailer. Bad management and they jacked the monthly rate up after 30 days. You will regret choosing this company for your storage needs."
