"There is no convenient place to go to the bathroom, had to walk down to the Playa Bowl which is a long distance away and is outrageously expensive. One of the chargers was dead, I've never encountered a bad charger before in five years of driving a Tesla"

"I judge superchargers based on charging, availability of bathrooms and food. The first charger we picked was broken. The first time in five years we had a broken charger. At 8:45 all stores were closed other than Bowls the juice bar. Sweet tea was 4 dollars. Since we needed the bathroom we needed to buy something."

"Haven't run into issues with the chargers themselves. Pros: Clean area Out of the way parking Shopping close by Cons: Path to the mall isn't very great - you likely will have to walk on the side of the road at some point. Bathrooms - your best bet is heading toward the mall. I don't know of any stores with bathrooms in this plaza. Not the most convenient for people passing through for a long distance trip"
