"I have been shoved by a temporary clerk, had the owner stand me up for a business appointment & never call (the owner!), and been informed that the special advertised (clearly marked on a banner outside) didn't pertain to a large coffee, when the advertisement just says 'coffee' on the banner. The last is a violation of law, I believe. Two clerks are good. A third is argumentative. I'm close by and should be a regular. I avoid the place."
