Hybrid Ride

"I just had the misfortune of encountering one of the Hybrid Ride vehicles who cut off me while taking a left turn at a dangerous intersection. He then gives me the finger out of the driver's window while in front of me. Clearly this company not only hires experienced qualified drivers, but ones who are courteous as well. I would stay clear of this company as transport you may not get to your destination alive!"

"They were awesome,now that they've grown they haven't shown up, their drivers don't speak English. I'm so disappointed. I havent made to an appointment in 3 days. Driver tried to let me out in the middle of a drive through, had to google an Russian speaking app to say park. Come on you have to be able to communicate on some level. A hour trip that took double the time. A no show than they lied to my insurance Co. Claimed to be outside! Yet I have the text messages. Another driver who was lost with a GPS. I don't care for people that lie. There is no reason for it"

"The ride service was alright. Some of my drivers were nice and others were a bit rude or prying in my business. I do not recall his name but he was a bit rude as in asking me if I know my Husband is faithful. Which made me extremely uncomfortable. Some of the drivers were some what bad with their driving. At times would stop short or tail gate a few people. I also noticed some of the cameras in the vehicles were covered purposely. Very unprofessional in my honest opinion. I am sure that a few of the drivers are smoking while in between clients due to the air freshener sprays I noticed. Like I said there are nice individuals but a lot of the drivers seem to not care about the livelihoods of us clients. I think you should do inspections on each vehicle and make sure they don't cover the cameras. I only gave 4 stars to the very few who was decent towards me. Wont use this company again though.~"

"IGNORANT drivers. I was driving south on 93 by the Braintree split at 9:30AM on 5/12 and your driver threw ALL of her trash out of the window and onto the highway. Absolutely disgusting."

"The driver of a car from this company slammed on their brakes at a yellow light just to make a turn after the light turned red in Weymouth. They then ran a stop sign as they turned down another street. Extremely unprofessional of someone who DRIVES people around for a living. The license plate is in the photo and this occurred on 02/08/22 at 12:18 PM."
