"My family was run off the road by one of thier drivers. When I called it seemed as they could care less. We where on the 495 north in the left lane. When the driver of the van was in the middle lane got over with no warning. With no room we had to slam on the brakes and went off the road with a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Please drive safe out there."
