"Not sure how it’s possible but my car is dirtier after then when I came in. No wheel shine after I paid for it. Vacuums work very poorly. Car has scratches on it. I never leave bad reviews but I’m extremely dissatisfied.Ive never left a car wash in immediately in search of another car wash."

"For a $22 wash, I would have expected more than still having dirt stuck on easily accessible surfaces that jets and brushes should have taken off, as well as not having to deal with my truck being covered with blue water droplets that are going to evaporate into little blue spots all over my truck now, kinda defeats the purpose of the wash. As for the tire shine, not really sure what you are shining when there is only one visible circle of shine on all four tires? Doesn’t shine the whole tire, only like 25% of it which makes it look like something you’d get from that spray can junk. Not worth the $22 at all. Will definitely go back to manual washing."

"NOT a good experience. Dropped off my car at 0800 for a scheduled interior detailing. Both my confirmation email and the employee present said 2 hours. I walked by 1.5 hours later and my car was sitting in the garage, all doors open but no one working on it. I came back 2 hours later, again in the garage with no one working on it. The employee who was supposed to be working on it was chatting with someone else and I asked when my car would be ready and he said it was only 50% done. I told him that I needed it done sooner as I had plans for today and the 2 hours allotted had passed. He said come back in 30 min. I came back at 1030 and the car still wasn't done, another employee went to go help. At 1041 my car was "finished" and they wanted me to pay FULL PRICE ($95) for something that was nearly an hour late! The employee told me it was taking longer because of the dog hair but also told me they started it late because he was late getting to work due to traffic and the other detailer was not in today. Here's the thing, I dropped my car off at 0800. If no one was there to start at 0800 because they aren't showing up to work on time that should not mean I have to take more time out of my day to wait for the service. I spoke with the manager, Dave, over the phone and he was completely unhelpful. His employees were late and did a rush job (pictures attached) and I got charged full price. As you can see in the pictures the attention to detail is lacking. The back cup holder and the small compartment were not even wiped out. They didn't vacuum the trunk nor between the door and the seats. Would not recommend and would not go there again due to very poor customer service and quality of work."
