Cumberland Farms

"On 3 different occasions in the past 8 days I'm going to Cumberland farms on 1st day for the quart of milk it saud $1.99 it rang up 249 the cashier gave me a bunch of problems I went back 2 days later and talked to the manager her and I walked to the cooler and it still said a $1.99 she told me that no 1's changing the prices went a second day bought a bottle of water instead of 1 69 which it said it rung up a 189 Gay fixed it went tonight and bought a 12 pack of Coca Cola the price said 749 a ring up almost $9 they have exact They have excuse after excuse we don't change the prices we can't get into the computer how many times has this happened to people in the past 9 days and they don't realize it?? The way the economy is shame on Cumberland Farms"

"Worst service. I went in for 2 coffees and eggs. They were out of the flavor I wanted. I asked for help and was told the only person who could change it was way to busy. Well thats too bad.. ill just have to go to dnd.I leave the coffees and grab my eggs. She had to run it through twice. No biggie. Asked if I wanted a receipt, nope all set. Get in my car and she is in the parking lot saying it didnt go through. I follow her back and say you offered me a receipt. I need to check it didnt go through on my end. Now the syrup lady is there and loudly tells me " Its not here. It didnt go through" "Well I'm checking" Then she ask the associate who wanted the flavor i laughed and said " oh yea that was me too. But you were too busy for that" (snarky but now this is a 3 minute trip turned into 15) she LOUDLY tells me "I'm sorry but we are short staffed. We can't do everything" I replied "Maybe train your employees better" She then told me i was being loud.. I told her she was the first one to get loud and she said " I JUST TALK LOUD" I apologized to the clerk saying i knew it wasn't her fault paid for the eggs. And was told very passive aggressively by syrup lady 3 times to enjoy my 4th of July. Never going back."

"I just left there and the employee seem to not give a thing or two about manners. I’m big on that and they lack it bad. The hotdogs are good though, so can’t complain. In my professional opinion: Fire all the current employees and get a set of new and young (customer experienced) people because every time I go there the old people seem to be very bored with their job."
