"First off let me start by saying they got me in the next day when I asked for an appointment which was super convenient as all other places i went to were at least a week out. The gentlemen who work on your car are very polite and very nice people and I appreciate their work. My gripe probably falls under management. I was told I was going to receive a call for the manager about the wheel repair I asked them about and he never called, but that’s ok. Once I got my car the interior was amazing, very clean, no streaks and deep black leather. When i dropped off the car i told them everything in the trunk glove box and arm rest they can just throw into a big bag and ill organize them later, and they said sure no problem. Come to find out they didn’t even clean or touch my trunk or glove box or arm rest which is really where most of the work was to be honest. I wish I was able to get more of a scratch removal with my polish but the fine scratches were still there. The workers are amazing but you can find WAY more bang for your buck someone else. Also if they said they needed my car for the whole day That would have been fine, but they said a couple hours so i stayed at a friends near by. They had my car from 830 to 4. Not sure why they needed that long when they didn’t do my trunk engine compartment or glovebox and armrest. 250 should cover the whole 9 yards on a small c300."

"Had my interior done there and just wasn't what it should have been. No need to take it up with anyone there to get it fixed either, they already had that chance before I picked the car up. For 150 I expect at least a complete job, and actually expect a stellar job. I would not return. Windows were dirty still and had some chemical overspray on them. Cup holders still had crud in them. Rugs and trunk were soaked and car left closed up so it smells musty now. There is some shiny oily substance all over my seats and interior. I've had way better jobs done by small time shops for 100 ..."
