"I can’t tell you how frustrated I am with G & M motors in Hamilton, MA. Although I have been a loyal customer for years - for gas as well as minor services, I don’t plan on giving them any more business and I would suggest you avoid them, too. I just had my alternator replaced with them this afternoon. The owner, George, quoted me for three hours of labor as well as the expense of the alternator (fair enough). I happened to drive by less than an hour later and the car was ready. But, he still charged me for the three hours of labor!! Not only that, but he proceeded to be rude (to me), refusing to listen to my perspective (which was very gently stated...through tears, of course because I broke down), walking away from me saying I was a waste of his time(!), and he was adamant that it took more than two hours for him to replace my alternator (? Uh...no it didn’t! I had proof...if he would have listened). While he didn’t charge me more than he quoted me, I find his actions very dishonest, degrading, and disrespectful - not only towards a loyal customer, but towards any human being. I am not one to complain and I am certainly more than forgiving on so many occasions...but not this time! This guy - George, the owner - was downright disrespectful in how he dealt with me. Not ok on any level."

"If i could post negative I would. Charged my wife for 3 hours of labor when they did the job in less than one hour. To add insult to injury they were rude to her and yelled at her for questioning them. She came home in tears from picking the car up. Avoid this place."

"Very friendly staff. The gas prices are usually the lowest in the area. Never tried using the mechanic. It is also an Inspection station."

"The last of the independent stations..free air and free hot air. The guys are fun and you get religion if needed and your car fixed.. a perfect combo"
