"I can't believe some of the negative reviews on here. Steve comes through every single time and never disappointing. I've owned multiple cars in my life and I've had so many different people detail my car over the years, no one has ever came close to the quality work hes provided at such a fair price. I currently own a Mercedes Benz and I get ripped off by the dealer ship every time I have them detail it. The work doesn't come close to Steve's and honestly I don't want anyone else touching my car. He puts pride into his work and he truly knows how to treat your vehicle and makes it brand new every time. I'll always recommend him to my people."
"I wanted to take a minute and give my 3 cents. I read all the reviews about the owner (Steve) and it’s place. I reluctantly scheduled all 3 of my vehicles to begin on a Monday, Tuesday, finishing my last car on Wednesday. Well I woke up Monday morning the day of our scheduled appointment and life got the best of me (I completely forgot that I made this appointment) I got a call from Steve (who was very pleasant considering he just got stiffed on a no show by me). He called to reschedule the cleaning of my cars. I woke up again today not thinking about my appointments I scheduled, I got wrapped up in getting my kids off to school and running my own business, yet again I stiffed Steve out of a time slot. Steve called me, when I saw it was him calling I considered not answering the phone, but when I did I could tell Steve was frustrated, but he handled himself like a professional. I offered Steve a couple hundred dollars that he declined, he stated that he didn’t do business that way and that he wanted to earn the money, and earn my business! I’m thoroughly impressed and he hasn’t even cleaned my cars yet. Rest Assured Steve I will be seeing you in the morning and I will be giving you my business!!"

"What a bunch of crooked businessmen! I called to schedule an appt. and one of the guys said his credit card machine was broken and that I should bring cash. When my husband called back 20 minutes later to confirm this, he was told the credit card machine works fine. I called back the next morning before taking my car in and again to ask if the credit card machine was working. The guy's response was "What are you getting done"? I said "Why does it matter what I'm getting done? I just need to know if you accept credit cards." He said they only accept credit cards for Gift certificates. Why wasn't this made clear during the first phone call or to my husband? When my husband finally arrived with his car at the Quincy shop, he wanted to get detailing done. On the detailing description it specifically said "Shampoo all removable mats." But the guy said he won't do it unless we pay an additional $40!!! Crooked businessmen! I would not recommend them nor will I ever go back! Plenty more car washes out there with the same prices who will be happy to accept my credit card and business."
"I did not have an appointment, just stopped by to make one, but they had a cancelation. I bought interior and exterior package, my car was pretty dirty. Steve, the owner, gave me a lift home - I live 10 minutes away. He also picked me up when the car was ready. They did incredible job on my Mercedes ML350 SUV. It looks fantastic! They buffed out all minor scratches, the headlights look new, the interior looks and smells awesome. I am definitely coming back."
