"I was trying to use the air pump machine, and that thing cost $2.50 after I pay the pump never works. When I check the machine has a sticker that said no inside refund. That its steal your money."

"The place sucks! If you are closed then shut off the pumps or put up a sign so we dont stand around trying to figure out why the transaction is spinning at 10 pm at night. Have some courtesy please! 6 customers stopped and had to drive away while I was here…just rude!!"

"It’s 850 and the gas station closes at 9. There’s 4 different customers outside pumping gas and she shuts the pumps off and the lights off. Some woman even paid for gas and couldn’t get it because she shut the pumps off. The woman knocked on the window and the worker didn’t answer. Very unprofessional"

"This is like my favorite gas station. Honestly I don't know what it is. I think it's just a little bit of everything. People inside are always nice. The gas is always a decent price. They always have the drink I'm looking for so I'm never disappointed"

"I was very disappointed by Irving Oil on my most recent visit to Seabrook, NH. Every pump had a sign to "Pay Inside." This may be okay for most people, but I'm disabled and barely able to get out of my vehicle to pump my gas. Then you expect me to walk inside and stand in a long line and wait to pay. Then you want me to walk back out to my vehicle and pump my gas. As a disabled person, I am unable to physically achieve this task. For a company that usually cares about their customers, you forgot that segment of customers who are unable to walk very far or stand very long. I'm disappointed with your lack of concern for the disabled! It gets better... so I GPS the next closest Irving and find one 3 miles away on Macy Street. But when I got there, every pump had yellow tape on the handle, stating no gas available. Oh, and this is during Memorial Day weekend. Ridiculous! What good is an Irving card discount if you can't use it? Shell was open, and I didn't have to pay inside."
