"Store never has Frappuccino’s, many other items (drinks, straws, trays, etc) are also chronically out of stock. I’m not talking once or twice either, I’m talking several visits over a span of months. I asked when Frappuccinos would be back the other day and the guy working the drive through (young 20’s was working Friday August 16 during the day) gave me a lot of attitude for asking. He is not the only staff member who has been rude either. Order ahead is almost never available at this store. They shut the store itself down and operate only via drive through often. Honestly blows my mind how poorly run this location is. Someone from corporate please send a fixer into this location, there’s too many problems and management/existing staff do not care and are incompetent."

"Nice new store. Staff is friendly, albeit overworked. There are some growing pains with the new store (which now has a drive-thru, and a new location as of May ‘24) and is now much more busy. It seems like they were not able to hire enough new people before the store move. That’s most likely the reason why they have to periodically close the inside of the store, or shut-off mobile ordering. That, and Starbucks corporate offering 4-drink deals and BOGO every week this summer, driving huge volume. I am not a huge fan of the parking layout, but that isn’t the stores fault. There wasn’t a ton of room to work around. The new traffic layout seems to confuse a lot of people… Look behind you before you backup people!"

"Your average Starbucks in terms of quality, but service is terrible. After being told to wait outside for my drinks, I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for drinks to be brought out while I watched multiple people who came in after me receive their orders. Not sure what the issue was"

"Drive thru only. Hope you enjoy idling your car, wasting gas and breathing exhaust! Not a driver? Starbucks doesn’t want your business. Completely discriminatory against anyone unable to drive due to a disability, unable to afford a car or just choosing not to drive that day. I used to come here while my car was in the shop across the street, guess I’ll go somewhere else."

"I enjoyed my visit to this new starbucks location. Staff are keen to help, and the new location is high energy and friendly. It's a little tricky getting into, and I am not sure how the drive-thru traffic flow is going to work in peak hours, but time will tell. Also, be careful when you exit the carpark near the citizens it's really hard to see the extended curb, and I saw multiple drivers hit it."
