"Third time going in the past two months while it’s raining and they are closed with the cones before the entrance. There were employees there around 8:45am not sure if they dont like to work while its raining. Not sure why they dont update the hours it would save people time and gas online it says that they are open at 7am."
"These guys strive to help u & make sure your happy. The only thing I don't like since they went all computerized- no one washes my back window anymore... I always TIP - always! But I used to give $5-10 just to scrub the back window bc my car is flat in back. They don't do this anymore- bummer. Can't beat price & free vacuums!"
"Car wash scratched up my brand new truck all over (drivers side door pretty bad.) I filled out a paper with my info and was told by attendant that his boss would, “Call me tomorrow when he gets in.” This was Thursday 7/21. Apparently there is no phone there so I can’t even get in touch. As a business, customer service along with obtaining repeat customers should be something you thrive for. Sad. Very disrespectful."
