"I worked for this company at the Brockton location - Copeland Toyota, and the level of disrespect is absurd. The manager installed his own personal camera which he watches on and off work. He’s usually never there but watches you all day long on the camera. Makes you feel like you are constantly being watched. He clocks how many times you use a restroom, uses profanity at you and speaks to you anyway he pleases. Products are used over and over even when they should be thrown out. Cars are not giving their own special treatment when the same scrub pad with a multitude of chemicals on it is being used on over 100+ cars. A lot of corners are also cut in the detailing process. The workers are nice but the manager treats them like slaves. 5 mins left on your 30 min break 11 hour shift? “It’s time to get back to work.” I advise anyone who seeks employment to stay away and try a different location. He’s unrealistic, disrespectful and it’s not a welcoming work environment."
