"I was just served by an employee named Tami, she was very arrogant in saying that I could not buy my snacks because she did not have change for $100 when I was buying $45, I politely questioned it and once again she was very rude. I was very sad about this, I will never come back here again."
"Everything in this life is so expensive and people are struggling and I find it so horrible and mean that a man shows up for work, just to be told January thinks his shorts were too short after he wore what she told him to wear! As a manager, it’s her job to provide proper information on the employment uniforms to any new hire and should also be on paper! This is where January failed and then just sent him home!!! I hear of places being desperate for new hires as people just blow off work and this man shows up early in the am and on time!! Just to be turned away is disgusting!! I feel January should be stripped of her management title and she should be in the back scrubbing toilets after she scrubs her mouth because her attitude, mouth and title for the job don’t match and wreaks of bitterness and misery!! I will not be stopping here for gas or anything and I will continue to pass this info on to everyone I know who goes or is thinking of doing business there!"
"Good morning good morning it’s unfortunate to start the day off like this but if anyone is applying for Cumberland Farms do not apply for the location on 710 Oak St., Brockton. There is a manager in there by the name of January who was extremely rude and disrespectful unprofessional. Last week I went in and applied I got hired. She told me to fill out all the paperwork I did so she told me to wear a black shirt either black shorts, khaki shorts or jeans shorts the same pants that’s exactly what I did. I woke up at 6 o’clock this morning to get there by 8 o’clock in the store she looked at me and says what’s up what are you doing here? I’m like you told me to come in at 8 o’clock. she looks at my shorts and says yeah this ain’t gonna work Thank you next anyways so ummm I said I’m sorry did I do something wrong? I’m confused. I’m lost here. Your shorts are too small. Said what do you mean is too small you told me to wear all black. I’m wearing all black, but they’re too small. She was like I told you you can’t wear them I said January you never told me about the link for my shorts. You just told me to wear all black sneakers or some boots. She says to me yeah well you’re right, but AnyWho, this ain’t gonna work so you can just go home I’m like are you sending me home? Do you want me to come back tomorrow or when I get close? I don’t want you here at all. This ain’t gonna work. I look at her and say I’m lost I’m confused. She says you didn’t follow the rules. I said you never explained to me that I have to have a certain length then she proceeded to say to me yeah I don’t like your attitude you can go. I’m like I’m confused. I’m like I have an attitude on my you’re literally being rude to me and I’m so confused to where this is coming from. Thank you. You have a great day we don’t want you working here no more I don’t want you working here. So I left Do not apply to that store. They’re not paying the people what they advertised all over the store at 17.50 but then she put you down in paperwork for 15.50 an hour. Her name is January January, January 710 Oak St., Brockton. She’s the manager of the location."
"This is the worst gas station for Cumberland farm to change the price of every product and put it higher than any other gas station around the area. This is ridiculous in the middle of this Worst economy, Cumberland Farm try to charge people more money for no reason. This is ridiculous. Nobody should go there at all. You will be charged more money for product. You can get it next door or next gas station for lower price and will never go to the gas station again. And I will tell everyone about it that they should go there because your prices are so high on every level cigarettes are expensive coffee expensive bread, expensive milk eggs this is the worst gas station ever"
"Love my local Cumberland. Know all the staff. They know my kids and are so kind and cool with the kids. They know my order that I get daily. Great staff, i noticed they are switching staff around, which I don't like."
