I've encountered varying rates for valet parking services, and it seems that LAZ Parking, which manages numerous parking facilities in the city, has a range of pricing structures. Sometimes, I've seen a flat rate for a full day, regardless of whether I've parked for an hour or 24 hours. This can feel unfair, particularly when I'm staying at a hotel that partners with LAZ Parking, where I would expect some perks like complimentary parking. It's frustrating when the costs add up, making my visit to this tourist-friendly city more expensive than anticipated. I believe it's crucial to understand the parking terms and to communicate with the hotel or parking service to avoid surprises. In the future, I'll make sure to inquire about these details to better manage my expenses and enjoy my travels without the stress of hidden costs."

"Reasonable price for weekends. More discounts if you visit Aquarium and validate your parking ticket. The car spaceing is very very narrow and difficult to park. The garage is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff."

"I got lost getting to the garage (my own fault I actually drove right by it) but when I called worried and confused the staff of garage helped me tremendously. The man stayed on the phone with me and guided me back to the garage and made sure I made it to the right place. He was very patient. I appreciate the help and the convenient parking very close to the aquarium (my destination). Thank you again my friend!"

"Convenient location and decent pricing for the area. Horrible and rude staff! We arrived 10 minutes earlier than our reserved time and the staff member didn’t let us in, wouldn’t let us pay for the 10 minute difference. Later, when leaving the garage, we scanned our ticket and inserted the credit card for a total of $12 (We had reserved parking from 5:00pm-8:30pm and left around 9pm so we were paying for the additional 30 minutes). The machine gave us an error and when the staff member came to help, we were charged $18. How did the price go up $6 in 15 seconds? Found it very unfair but now we know to never come back. Staff does not care and will not help."
