"Sitting on the historic Channel Club, in the "70s and 80s" had all the major acts from US, Boston, NY, and UK. Such as Ramones, Nervous Eaters, Richard Hell&Voidoids, The Stranglers and Fear."
"They don't advertise but their overnight specials don't apply and they start a 'day' at 5am so if you park overnight even if less than 24 hours be prepared to pay for two full days. They are ripping people off and the lot is barely full. Go for any other option and you'll be better off."

The least of which is that their prices are conflicting........ too many parking options in the area look elsewhere"
"I am a monthly pass holder. It appears to be impossible to find a space if you arrive after 8:30 am in the morning. I would avoid, especially for monthly passes. Looks like they oversold the spots when people were working from home."
"Super cheap weekend parking. Also location is paramount for the seaport district. Just a quick walk in any direction will bring you to one of Boston's many tourist attractions."
