"Overall great experience, this location doesn’t have the complete Diamond wash though. Their tire and rim shine doesn’t work. The air blowers are really weak."

"Not the greatest wash, but it isn’t the worst either. The $30 isn’t available due to the tire shine being broken, so the $20 is the highest option available. The wash did clean the car well, but the dryers here are super old and don’t dry well at all. They need to be updated."

"This is the worst car wash I been to . Vacuum cleaners are weak. Couldn't finish rinsing my car cause Couldn't get change. The guy that was there would only say no have change. Over and over. Wouldn't apologize. Ask for a manager or someone in charge. No manager here is the response I got. Ridiculous customer service. I've been to many of these prestige car wash places and this is the worst."

"The automatic car wash is fine -- does about as well as I'd expect. However, the attendants always try to upsell for the monthly subscription, which is very annoying. Today, he pushed it too far and tried to upsell three times. "Do you want to pay $20, wash your car as many times as you want?" No, just basic wash. "You can wash as many times as you want" No, just basic wash. "Are you sure you want basic, that's just soap and water". Yes, I'm sure just basic please. Ironically, I probably spend more than the $20/month subscription but I've been so put off by the pushy attendants that I'll be going elsewhere."

"I went for a car wash today, paid $20 for the one with wax, and there was not enough water used so I came out the other end with bird poop and soap still on my car. I asked if I could just go through again and he told me to go wash my car again in the self serve bay, that he would"turn it on for me". If I already paid $20 so my car would be washed automatically- why should I then wash it by hand? I gave him the opportunity to make it right- and he refused. Never again. Sticking with Scrub a Dub in Woburn- they even give you towels at the end!"
