"I normally dont go out my way to write a review but i just had too share my amazing experience. I brought my car in just for a simple state inspection. From the moment one of the mechanics drove my car 10ft into the shop he diagnosed my car’s vibration issue. ( just to keep in mind ive brought my car to 3 different mechanics since Jan & asked them to tell me/fix everything thats wrong with my car & noone has ever brought up the issue ) so i was beginning to believe it was normal and so was the loud engine sound. He told me bring it in when ever i can. I just got back from my vacation and went straight there to get my car fixed. Not only were they quick and efficient the staff was friendly and informative. When i picked up my car and turned it On. It was like i was in a whole new car. It was quiet and runs so smoothly now like a normal car should . Just baffles me to think 3 other shops never caught on to this. And in the 2 secs this man was in my car he knew straight away what the issue was. Will definitely be coming back here for any future car issues!"

"Only get gas from this location. DO NOT allow auto repair. After allowing them to repair my Toyota 4Runner and taking it back multiple times to fix the issue, I finally dumped my truck as the amount given to them equaled getting another truck. Given the fact that I know some things about auto repair, I felt the rates were outrageous and the repair service worse. That being said, I LOVE the station attendants who pump gas. They always take time to acknowledge me and engage in pleasant conversation. I could get gas for less at Costco or BJs but I go here only due to the people who fill up the tank. Been using this station for about 4 years so my review is not based on a single "bad" experience."

"Since moving to Malden in 2018, I have been here a handful of times for their garage. Each time every member of their staff has been respectful and honest with me. As a younger single woman, I really appreciate a shop who doesn’t try to take advantage of me. If I ever run into any issues with my car (so far I’ve just had inspections), I would take it to them 100%. Thanks! "I have had two recent occasions to get my car--a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee--fixed at Friendly Fuel and both experiences were great. The first was a case where my driver side window came off the track--the technician fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. In the second case, my Jeep was overheating while in slow moving traffic. I took it to another service station, one with a national brand, and the best they could offer was to turn the heater on when the engine temperature started to get to a dangerous level--Unacceptable! So I went to Friendly Fuel and a different technician immediately determined it was a fan problem. He found me a used fan and it was installed the next day, again at a very reasonable price."
