"Tried to scan the code for $10 weekend voucher, followed the rules for it, but it didn't work. The attendant also tried to not honor the deal. After an awkward exchange, he agreed to give the deal, and pulled out a card from his pocket that immediately lowered the price to $10. Makes it seem like this is the the usual treatment, trying to squeeze you for extra."

"I had a frustrating experience at this garage. All the entrance doors were shut with no clear signs on how to re-enter the facility. I had to try multiple doors before finding one that was open. The lack of clear signage and accessibility is very inconvenient."

"Bought pass on SpotHero. Very affordable after business hours. 6pm Mon -> 7am Tues for $11. Garage has clear signs for SpotHero users. Take a ticket when you enter, scan the ticket and then your SH pass when you leave. -1 star for lack of clear signage on parts of P2 (couldn't find elevator when parked in the corner with the stairs; put a sign on the door to the stairwell to fix this) and the difficulty of finding the pedestrian entrance from the outside (needs a lot more signage)."

"DO NOT PARK HERE!! Especially if there is an event nearby. You will sit in your car for over an hour while these people collect their money and they will have little if any staff facilitating the exit."
