Fresh Auto Wash

"I was an unlimited car wash member and although the car wash tunnel needs a MAJOR overhaul I was ok with the results, well that's no longer how I feel! I will NEVER return for any reason as just recently after I went thru the tunnel wash I parked by the vacuums to towel dry my car and I noticed my headlights were scratched to the point they can't be restored! I had 2 brand new headlights installed by Nissan24 after an accident but now they look like old worn headlights. I'm beyond upset as I keep my car clean and looking good but now a car wash literally did the exact opposite of what it should have done. I'm in total disgust of that place and how they knowingly allow people's nice cars to go thru fine and come out scratched and after reading previous reviews this has been an ongoing issue. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Either upgrade your tunnel wash or shut down! ***UPDATE*** It's been 1 week since Christopher from Fresh Wash replied to my review, he said to email him to set up a meeting to look at my damage but no response whatsoever!"

"People are really nice that work there but a waste of $25 came to get some dirt and the bugs off front of my car and as u can see there it didn’t get rid of any of the bugs ! SAVE YOUR MONEY"

"I am very disappointed with this car wash. After being a loyal customer for many years , I went to wash my brand new car and ended up with scratches on my hood. I reported the incident and left several voice mails to the owner and I have yet to hear back from them. It’s unfortunate but I surely won’t be returning back…"

"I pay $29.99 a month because it is close to home. This used to be very good but now it barely even dries my jeep. Granted I have a jeep and they say they have to put the wash on a different setting and the brushes don’t even touch the right side of my jeep or back. They said it has something to do with the back tire which is nonsense. I’ve gone through and they didn’t program it that way and it comes out perfect. Don’t do the $5 tire upgrade because it’s not worth $1. It rushes you right through like cattle. I will most likely be ending my monthly membership soon unless they can figure out a way to wash a jeep just like any other car. Staff is very professional."

"This place was awesome the first time I used them. Tires came out shined and clean, truck was nice and clean. Now the last 4 times I’ve gone hoping it will get better it hasn’t. The machine moves you way to fast through and does not do a good job cleaning. Every time I’m left with excess soap and water/soapy spots. The tire shine never works now, gave me two greasy patches on all tires. Lastly I got a wonderful scratch down the side of my truck and more spiderwebs in clear coat then has ever been on my paint."
