LAZ Parking

"extremely rude staff. I parked with spot hero and my barcode was not working as i got there 7 minutes early I decided to go in and would just pay the fee on my way out because I couldn’t be late. when I was leaving I told the guy I would pay for the parking but the card reader was not working there was a line of cars behind me and I asked if he could open the gate so they could go by and I would pay the parking so no one would be held back. he screamed at me to never come back and told me I was stupid for not understanding how the garage works. completely unprofessional clearly from the previous reviews this place seriously needs some new staff. I will never be going back to this garage as i was screamed at by this man to never do so anyways."

"Stayed 5min over $5 equinox rate and was charged $34! Waited patiently 10min to speak to the manager about the situation, while he was recruiting monthly customers, but he was very rude insinuating I was 20 min over my time and that they would do me a favor and charge me $20. I insisted I believed there was a 5-10min grace period just like in their sister garage, to which they responded “don’t talk back to employees!” Amazing customer service. They voiced the ticket and put $20 on the table..."
