"Buyer beware. This guy sells lemons. Stay away. Bought an old beater Ford Ranger there in 2019. Bought it @130k miles with AC not working in March. Said he would fix it in the summer. He recharged the freon 3x still didnt work. Then he took it in for some mechanical work and said it was fixed and asked me for $900. I told him I am not paying a dime as he said he would fix AC for free if I bought the truck. Thank god I didn't 2 months later the AC no longer works. On top of that I had the brakes completly go while driving it (1.5k repair), replaced the battery, 1 tire has a slow leak and always needs air, passenger door does not latch close on the bottom, driver rear door gets stuck, 02 sensor go, the thing leaks oil A LOT, 2 exhaust leaks, it shakes like crazy if I go above 60mph. I have probably put another 2-3k into it. I only use it to haul around town and it is at 135k miles now. For my very specific use case I still think I got a decent deal even with the extra $$$ put into it. But I would not feel comfortable if this was my daily driver."
"Beware of buying a car !!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The owner will try to sweet talk you into thinking you’re getting a really good deal and a good car but they’re all lemons. Do not trust this place ! If you do make the mistake of buying one bring it to a mechanic right away so you can see the problem you just got into!"
"If I would give 0 I would. Do not go here. They lied about putting $20 in my gas tank, my car was still on E and said 6 miles till empty when I turned it on. Would not correct it. Then a couple months back, the passed my old jeep for inspection and the same day I had a road test and it failed because the emergency break didn't work! How did they pass it for inspection!! Do not go here!"
"If your looking for a car I recommend go else where he never returned my calls after I bought a used vehicle from him because he knew there were problems with the car. Read the reviews when it comes to buying a car there. My car had no oil in it dip stick was dry water pump is leaking Don't go there."
"I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at Hawies Market Auto sales and to bring to your attention the charges and problems I have incurred. I believe it is essential for you to be aware of the situation so that appropriate action can be taken to address these concerns promptly. I brought my vehicle, to your dealership for repair due to. Following an inspection by your service department, I was informed that the total cost for the necessary repairs would amount to $1500. I authorized the repair work based on the dealership's expertise and assurance that it would resolve the identified issues. Regrettably, upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that it was still exhibiting the same symptoms that were supposed to be resolved through the repairs conducted at your dealership. I find this situation unacceptable as I entrusted your dealership's technicians to accurately diagnose and repair my vehicle's problems. I also noticed that the parts that you were supposed to change were never changed. The parts that needed to be removed were removed from another dealer who showed me the dates on that part and how old it was . Nobody deserves to scammed like I did , epically not for 1,500 dollars. Take your car else where."
