"Dark and very narrow spots, great for door dings! Speaking of narrow, the ramps are ridiculously narrow. I was expecting to take out my fender or a wheel turning onto them with my Honda Pilot."
"My doctor's office told me on the phone that there was valet parking here. So I thought this would be easy. It was anything but. There was no sign for valet parking, no person came out. I was stuck on this small, narrow Boston side street with nowhere to pull over, no way to turn around, and no valet parking. I was just in a caramped line of cars inexorably moving into the garage. The sun then went out and I was in a dark, dim garage with small spaces. I could barely see. I just said I was going to take the first space I came to. I didn't care if it was a doctor's space or a handicapped space. I found a space (with no markings on it) and then I didn't have a clue where I was. You'd think they could put some signs up. I finally found a button that called a man in an office somewhere. I didn't know what floor I was on or what area I was in. I didn't know where the elevators were or the hospital building was. The man told me to take the elevator down to the 2nd floor and then change elevators for the hospital building. You'd think signs could have said these things. Who would know? All in all, a nightmare. Next time, I'll hazard Covid and take Commuter Rail and the subway. I finally got excellent doctors here, but the parking is a problem."
"Old parking garage that is poorly lit with small parking spaces. The ramps in the garage are extremely difficult to navigate because the the width of the ramps. The are just wide enough for a car ."
"Better price than the garage attached/underneath the Shapiro building. And with just a short walk, it is just as easy, minus parking and taking the elevator straight into the building. I am usually using it in the mornings and I never have an issue finding a spot. Its a garage, it does the simple things we know all of them can do. Not much else to say. On second hand......I challenge anyone to skip to and from their car to the building while singing Hotel California with a smile. Do it! Live a little and dont forget to add some elements of fun into our daily lives."
"Very convenient to Beth Israel with reasonable prices. There are convenient short term spots reserved on the 2nd floor for patient drop off and pick up (less than 20 minutes). Must pay inside the Feldberg Medical building, there's no way to pay in the garage or on the way out. I think there is a discount if you are at the building for a medical appointment, but we missed the opportunity to get that discount. It seems you have to go to the information desk before you get in line at the cashier to pay for your parking time. Clean staircase and elevator. Very narrow up and down ramps without adequate signage inside the garage. Entrance is much easier to find if you look at Google Street view first."
