"I went through the car wash on route 125 at Haverhill/Plaistow line. I purchased the works for $25. I then drove a couple of miles away on back roads and when I reached my destination I saw that the bug guts are still all over the front of my car and you could wipe the dirt off the wheels with your finger. I went back and was told that they have a detailing service. Then was told to go through again. Cost me another $25. Same conditions after the second wash. I received a refund for $25 and one of the guys there came out with a sponge and rubbed/smeared the bug guts and made a mess out of my hood. I should’ve received a refund for both washes+? Not the guys fault that work there?? They just push the buttons!!"
