"I went there to pick up a rental because my car was vandalized. The young guy at the counter was so RUDE!!! he first said there was a 100$ deposit, I said I didn't know that and he said, I think I told you on the phone. I said no you didn't and at that point the deposit jumped to 250?!! Price of car rental, 300!! I've dealt with them before without a problem."

"There are some old reviews that talk about bad service, so something here definitely changed! After returning the car, they sent me an email requesting reviews and that email had bad links. I can't imagine how many good reviews they are missing out on because of bad links in that email. In my experience, most people won't put much effort in unless they are pissed off. That was part of my movivation for leaving this review. The staff at this location are amazing! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. A clean, pretty car is available at all rental companies (except the Enterprise location in my town of Wareham, of course), and the prices are higher than my own lovation, but this staff makes all the difference. I'll drive the 30 minutes and pay the extra money just to have access to the staff there in New Bedford. Adam G. and fairly certain the other person who helped me was Alex. Enterprise is lucky to have these people. Thank you to the hiring and training manager. Excellent work! Maybe I shouldn't be so impressed, but great customer service is so rare now that when I experience it, those people deserve praise. I first noticed the level of care over the phone, and it carried through to pickup and again at drop off. I own a business and would be proud if these people were representing me."
