"The “Freak Clean” of Lowell, Massachusetts reviewer is a liar and should have their title as a local guide revoked. This place needs to be closed down. The bathroom floors are covered in urine and feces and possibly the sewer drain is backed up. Their bathroom has feces all over the walls and floor. Every crevice has human excrement in it. The wall nearest the blow dryer has liquid excrement dripping down it. The toilet was covered in blood and excrement. The faucet did not work at all, the electronic sensor was busted. The soap dispenser was busted and the knob was broken off and again was covered in a brown residue. My shoes smelled horrible after leaving this place and I threw them out because they ruined my cars floor mats. I’m calling corporate about immediately after this review."

"Wouldn't let me use the bathroom even though I was desperate. Threatened to call the cops on me. Frankly, they treated me like an animal for just having a full bladder. Nev r patronize this establishment if you can help it."

"I can only speak for the 2nd & 3rd shift cashiers during the week...You Guys Are AMAZING, Thank You! 1 works the afternoon the other overnights,& both are so friendly always greeting everyone who comes in with a smile, you leave still smiling or laughing at something . I've yet to have any problems, they always have what i was looking for, in stock & shelves/isles aren't overcrowd the place with expensive fussy-dud ridiculous toys gadgets that are simply a waste of $ as in junk which i always appreciate saving a buck or 3 the surrounding 3 competitors in the same block all dress up their gas station/convenience stores with all that nonsense turned me off so much i won't step inside any of them anymore me off now i refuse to step inside for anything but back to the 2 employees i think deserve recognition, I sincerely would give your business 5 + stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s if i could so instead i'm giving 5 stars & recommending THE 2 MAIN GUYS IM TALKING ABOUT, RECEIVE AN INCREASE IN PAY FOR MAKING YOUR BUSINESS BETTER BECAUSE OF THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE THEY GIVE CUSTOMERS DAY AFTER DAY AND ALL THE WHILE REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY."

"I went and had to call the cops on a guy named Ramney, or Rhony. Middle Eastern looking man, and no I'm not racist my best boss came from India. Anyways I arrived at 1am on August 29th into the 30th. This man was working when he charged my card an unauthorized 50$, than tried to charge my card 20 for my gas which declined because of the previous transaction. When people do this they take the 50$ cash so that the boss does not notice the difference at the end if the night. I am paying for college in full, since the unusual transaction was declined the police refused to investigate. I will be setting up a meeting with the boss ASAP."
