"We have been ordering coffee from KAHA for almost two years now and have been beyond happy with every bag we've ever gotten. Their various blends are all distinct and very thoughtfully blended (and roasted, from light to dark depending on the beans involved), so it's easy to find one that suits any palette. It's been great to also start getting some single-origins as well - the Sumatra was an awesome addition to their lineup, especially since it's roasted so perfectly. Like their other dark roasts, and unlike most other roasters it seems like now (seriously, why is it hard to find a good dark roast anywhere else?), it's not over-roasted to the point of being burned and bitter; instead it's just dark enough to really accentuate whatever natural notes the beans have, instead of covering them up with that charred flavor that is still somehow common. I also love that we can get a lot of varieties in 5-lb bags from them; it feels great to cut down on waste compared to 12-16oz bags. Their service has always been fantastic, too - every bag has been roasted promptly and very consistently, and as I've discovered recently they are very happy to talk and share advice on grinding & brewing or even get feedback on what could be improved, what other varieties we might be interested in, etc. We had tried a lot of roasters over the years but we stopped once we discovered KAHA."
