"Interesting story , back in late June to July I was looking to purchase , Made an appointment, traveling form out town , Arrived at this used car lot , test drove Car seemed ok. been the color of the car is white it was fairly easy to see that it had some overspray underneath on the rocker panels around the front grill and some tear drop paint spots here and there , it happens they are used cars any many tend to be repainted. Salesman was made aware of a touch up or a repaint but he denied any knowledge of such. Car listed for $ 21, 900 i offered $ 21,700 , and was denied, so I walked, Yep , they let me walk for $200. ( btw was placing 10k down , tier one credit ,easy peasy) Next day I got a call , they would take the 21,700.. I’m not spending hundreds of dollars time of work and hours of travel to come back now , what’s the matter with you ? Should have never let me walk for $200. Anyway reason been that I posted this review now is because I’m looking to purchase for my daughter and their car was in my favorites on car gurus from back then so I just wanted to share this moment because the car is still available now for $18,900 (6 months later) Eventually I made a purchase ,a much better one, and perhaps I would have went back to this used car lot for my daughters purchase, maybe, maybe not . a 5 star review is given solely for other purposes such as the dudes at the dealership thinking Oops , perhaps we Fu—ed up on this one"

"I found Auto City when we were just driving window shopping. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and had anxiety about my first time car shopping. Since we set foot on the lot it was instantly a good experience. There was no pressure or anything, they let us look around and when I found one I liked they showed us and again, no pressure at all. Went back a week later to put down a deposit and they remembered me and my one criteria of it needing to fit all 4 of my dogs. They explained what the whole process would be and I made me feel so comfortable. I’m so glad I found them and thankful that they made everything so easy! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!"

"Bought an 08 civic ex in January of 2018 from two very patient gentlemen. 6 years later and the car has driven to the moon and back. At the end of the day it is a civic so its durability is unmatched unless you’re Toyota, but I have no doubt in my mind that the vehicles at Auto City are authentic and indestructible."

"A little late on my review but the Auto City team is the real deal. I was looking for a used car stumbled on these guys. I live in New York and traveled to them in Massachusetts. They were straight forward, honest, and very helpful in my car buying process. Made me feel like family. Test drove the car no major issues ( its a used car so its bound to have a few scratches here and there) very clean as promised. Took a few days to finalize my purchase since I had to run back to New York a few times. But they held the car down for me, didn't rush me at all and super understanding. They fully detailed the car and everything and were even willing to wait a little bit after hours for me to pick up the car when I was traveling back. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. If I need to buy another car I would check out what they have first before looking at other options. I could say more and go on but I think you get the point hahaha. Thanks again All City Team"
