"Update: Aug.8, in the evening, I decided to give it another try. A younger attendant was very attentive and friendly. Smooth transaction, no issues. 3 months ago: Awful customer service at this full service station. The attendant yelled at me because he couldn't charge my (Discover) card. I asked if they accept Discover, but he ignored, and walked away, ignoring me giving him a different (visa) card. Then he told he thought I had only one card. He yelled that the gas tank door was locked (he closed it). Rude and stupid service. (Discover confirmed that there was no transaction attempt: most likely this station just cannot process Discover cards.) Response to the owner: Thank you for your quick response. Yes, it was today (May 22), just before 8 am."

"Last night after the snowstorm my windshield wiper had broken off during my commute. I pulled into this gas station to try to fix it so I could continue my commute , an employee named Adonis (I hope that is correct spelling ) helped me get it back on so I could get home safely. I really appreciated his help and wanted to make sure I reviewed him because he deserves recognition for his kindness. That kind of customer service is what leaves a lasting impression and this interaction is what will make me a return customer"
