"I made the mistake of bringing my car to a national franchise tire/repair place. 7 months later the exact parts that they had replaced charging me over $2,000 went as I was near the N Reading/Wilmington exit. I barely made it to the Shell auto shop. Bob looked at my car and gave me the diagnosis. The exact parts that were replaced 7 months ago had blown. He said if I had him due the work (I didn’t want the other people touching my car again if I could help it) I wouldn’t be able to have it done under the warranty. He was honest and fair. He quoted me about $500-600 less for the work then I had previously paid at the other place. I offered to pay him for his time and he said I don’t owe him anything. Next time I do need a repair I know where to go. Good guys, fair pricing, and while I haven’t had them do any work on my car yet, a friend has and confirmed they also do very good work. You can take your car there and get an honest diagnosis at a fair price."
