"Are your self bays ever open? The past few times I’ve gone they’ve been closed! Self bags should be 24/7 like they are everywhere else! Ridiculous 530pm on a Sunday afternoon and you’re closed!"

"I went to there for a car wash I paid for a basic wash and because I paid for a basic wash and didn’t tip the guy they didn’t throw any water soap on my vehicle. Did just hit the start button and let my car go through without spraying my car with water or soap Very very unprofessional and there’s no supervisor or manager at the location to talk to"
