"The owner has a very bad temper. He is unrespectful toward customers and his own employees. I went to play some tickets like I always do. I have been visiting that shop for a whole year, and nothing like this had ever happened with me. I only saw the owner twice in the store . Just because I asked the employee for one time about ticket numbers before i made a purchase, he made a fus about it. He shocked me! I didn't do anything wrong, it's my right to ask and i waited in line like any other customer plus i was at the counter for just a minute , and when I was paying, he said that I confused the employee because I bought a lottery ticket and keno and cashed one ticket. It's a very simple task for the employee. Maybe he is tired and has pressure from his boss, and anyone can make a mistake it's not a big deal. So, the owner was very rude, unrespectful, and talked aggressively, and he told me never to come. If he has problems in his life, it doesn't mean you can talk to others that way. And maybe because I am not American, you can discriminate against me. I know that the owner is lebanese and some of the employees and customers are, that's why i was happy to visit that shop because I am Lebanese too , but the mentality never changes, some of the Lebanese people still think they are more way better from others. regardless, you can not speak to customers that way even if you were a millionaire!!! The wheel will turn one day. Remember that"

"These guys are scum. They gave me bad advice on my car which ended up with my car blowing a head gasket on the highway with my child in the car. Before this happened I brought my car here for a diagnostic and I repeatedly expressed my worry that the head gasket needed to be considered, the managing mechanic, Jay, looked me in the eye and promised me it was just a few sensors that needed to be replaced. When I confronted the owner, Najib, about the ordeal he said, "I'm such a powerful man I could take your whole family down!" Threatening my family's lives for holding him accountable! I'm sure Methuen police will disagree with him. I would avoid this place. He also owns the gas station across the street. This is the character of the owner of these gas stations."
