Reviews
"I'm a little shocked there are negative reviews here. This is the best Dunkin Donut's I've ever been to. They're SO efficient, kind, and wonderful. I go out of my way to go to this specific location."
"I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts all the time, and every single time it is great. This is one of the only Dunkin’ Donuts where I know my coffee will be made correctly each time I can’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts enough, especially for its workers. They’re always so kind and it’s really refreshing."
"They renovated this dunkins. It's alright. I find the new interior cold and uninviting at times, but its not nearly as bad as some other chains. With the changes, the food has been tasting better and the coffee seems fresher. But im guessing its just because of new machines. The service has been about the same, sub-par. But at least I'm not getting told that almond milk lattes don't exist. Overall, I like dunkins. Not much will turn me off of one."
"Unfortunately, not a good experience for me. As you can see in the receipt i got charged for a “munchkin” I actually didn’t order. I like my refresher with a little more juice concentrate than green tea and this request has never been an issue at ANY dunkin’ donuts before. However, when I asked the worker why they charged me for something I am not getting she said “if you get a drink and u want more juice we charge extra” This is NOT standard procedure at ANY DD location. It is however a dirty money grab from this place. I complained to the main DD 800- number and the manager called me back to explain to me that for “inventory purposes” they HAD to charge for extra items because juice(? was so expensive for them yada-yada. Borderline, BEWARE of this place and check your order and your receipt. The screen will say one price and when you get to the window to pay is a completely different price. The manager offered me my next 2 visits where he was “giving me the courtesy” to not overcharge me, I let him know it was never about ¢40 and more about the principle of squeezing his customers pockets for profit. If your business is suffering so much from simple requests maybe you should reconsider your business model and your own skills but the customer shouldn’t have to pay for your incompetence. The assistant manager is really condescending as well. Tried to brush off my concern. This dunkin is right down my street and I rather drive farther than to ever set foot on this money grabbing location again."
"This Dunkin’ is newly renovated. The old location is actually next door. There’s a parking lot, but you have to do a three-point turn to get out of it, which can be difficult if it is full. The inside definitely feels newer and cleaner than other locations. However, the donuts were a letdown. The ones here are smaller than usual (large hole in the middle), and some of the munchkins that I got were laughably tiny. They also tasted stale. Service was fine, though."
