"They have a good car collection but the place is very poorly run. When buying a car you expect the salesman who sold the car to also deal with any complaints you have and I expected to deal with one person. You know, the person who got the commission money. But they kept bouncing me from person to person. At the end I had to deal with the main mechanic, which he’s great and fixed my issue well and was very timely and a good communicator. He should’ve gotten my commission money since he’s the only one who dealt with me in a customer care role on top of being swamped with volume of work. But he’s really the only competent person in the whole place it seems. My family won’t be shopping there for our next car."
